As a Senior Product Manager at Alida, you will be at the forefront of innovation, leading the evolution of our survey and community insights platform. This is a rare opportunity to define and shape a key product area that drives the core of our business strategy. Based in our Vancouver office or working remotely within the Vancouver time zone within Canada, you will report directly to the Director of Product Management and will have a significant impact on the strategy and growth of our product suite.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption. Your role will be pivotal in aligning these teams around a shared vision and driving cohesive execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy, planning, and execution of our next-generation insights and reporting platform.
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to define a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Become a domain expert in survey and reporting tools, customer feedback synthesis, and market trends, using this expertise to prioritize and execute high-impact product initiatives.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to collect and analyze customer feedback, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Evangelize your products both internally and externally, ensuring alignment and excitement across teams and with customers.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Proven experience in leading the development of SaaS products as a Senior Product Manager, particularly in an agile environment.
  • Strong expertise in product discovery and delivery, with a track record of turning ambiguous problems into actionable product plans.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex strategies and concepts to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and customers.
  • Experience collaborating with design and engineering teams to create compelling product experiences.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and measure the success of product initiatives.
  • An undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience, with a solid understanding of technical concepts and trade-offs.
*The typical salary range for this position based  in Canada is $130,000-145,000 CAD depending on experience*
